- A 3 years plan is to provide a clearer focus for the organization and to produce more efficiency and effectiveness.
- It is possible to change ADC board term to 3 years to concur with strategic plan. (Refer to By-laws Committee)

- Each year, action plans should be updated, thereby following up on strategic plan to make changes and/or amends the goals & objectives
- What is ADC’s vision? Make a Position Paper
- Use ADC’s Mission (in By-laws & on ADC website) and clearly define the purpose of the organization and to establish realistic goals/objectives consistent with ADC mission in a defined time frame
